Savaş Bulut, who received his higher education in London, England, has been carrying out important gastronomy studies on Turkish-Ottoman Cuisine in his own business, Konyalı Restaurant, which was established in 1897. For more than 25 years, he has been the coordinator and chef of numerous organisations and events on Ottoman-Turkish Cuisine Period cuisines. He has been an expert and trainer in official protocol and private hospitality and has also conducted research and studies on Ottoman-Turkish Cuisine.
