Ridvan Turşak

Ridvan Turşak, Secretary General of All Restaurants and Tourism Association (TÜRES), is the coordinator of festivals in the food and beverage sector. Ridvan Turşak, who brings together important chefs and organises successful festivals, has been instrumental in the organisation of Culture Road Festivals of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and gastronomy festivals of many municipalities, and led the team of trainers who provided cookery and service training to local students in Niger and Mauritania with TIKA.
