Firat Kaptan

Chef Firat Kaptan has been working as a chef and cook for about 19 years. Chef Firat Kaptan, who is the jury of Turkey's Cuisine programme broadcasted on TRT, is currently working as the Chief Kitchen Coordinator at Cronton Design Hotel, a famous and historical hotel in Istanbul. In 2014, Chef Firat Kaptan won the Gold Medal in Bolu Mengen Food Festival and he has also served as a jury in many gastronomy festivals and won important degrees.
