Ayvaz Akbacak

Born in 1979, Chef Ayvaz Akbacak has been working in the gastronomy sector for about 30 years and has been the executive chef of many hotels and restaurants. He has also presented TV programmes and written sectoral articles in newspapers and magazines. He ranked third and fourth in the world in the IKA Olympics organised in Germany. He has gold medals in many gastronomy competitions.
