Aydin Demir
Chef Aydin Demir, who is a lecturer at Ozyegin University Le Cordon Bleu istanbul Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department, is 54 years old and was born in Bolu Mengen. Aydin Demir, who is the 4th generation cook/chef from the same family and has been cooking with love for 40 years, has participated in gastronomy festivals and tourism events in countries such as America, Spain, Belgium, Germany, France, Japon and prepared gala dinners and distinguished presentations of Turkish dishes. He also received the best foreign chef award in Lyon, France in 2012.
